PixelWorld may offer personalized products such as photo frames, photo books, customized gifts, printed products, and other products made according to customer selections.
Product images displayed on the website are intended for general representation. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, materials, lighting, and other production factors.
For personalized products, customers are responsible for checking the information, photographs, text, names, designs, sizes, colors, and other customization details provided before placing an order.
5. Customer Photos & Uploaded Content
Customers may upload photographs, designs, text, or other files for the purpose of creating personalized products.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content for your order.
You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of another person.
PixelWorld may refuse to process content that appears to violate applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions.
6. Orders
When you place an order through PixelWorld, you are requesting us to process and produce the selected products according to the information submitted with the order.
An order is considered confirmed after successful order confirmation and payment verification, where applicable.
We reserve the right to contact the customer if additional information or clarification is required to process an order.
7. Product Prices & Payments
Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price for an order is the price shown at the time the order is placed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Customers may be required to provide payment information directly to the payment provider.
PixelWorld does not intend to store complete payment card credentials on its own systems.
8. Shipping & Delivery
PixelWorld provides shipping across India.
- Order Processing: Within approximately 6 hours after successful order confirmation/payment.
- Estimated Delivery: Approximately 3 to 10 days depending on location and courier service.
- Shipping Charge: Free shipping for all products/orders.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, remote locations, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact information.
9. Order Cancellation
An order cancellation request may be accepted only when the request is made within 4 hours of placing the order and before the order enters processing.
Once production or processing has started, cancellation is generally not permitted because personalized products may already be prepared specifically for the customer.

10. Returns, Replacement & Refunds
Because personalized products are made specifically according to customer requirements, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or simply no longer wanting the product.
A return, replacement, or refund may be considered in cases such as receiving the wrong product or damage during transit, subject to verification.
Claims without proper unboxing evidence may not be accepted.

11. Intellectual Property
The PixelWorld website, including its text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, product presentation, software, and other content, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without appropriate authorization.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during an order is correct.

- Photographs and uploaded files

- Personalized text or other customization details
PixelWorld will not be responsible for problems caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
13. Production & Custom-Made Products
Personalized orders may pass through multiple production stages, including printing, cutting, framing, packing, and dispatch, depending on the product ordered.
Once production begins, changes to the customer's submitted customization may not be possible.
14. Third-Party Services
PixelWorld may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, courier services, hosting, communication, analytics, or other operational purposes.
Use of such services may also be subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.
15. Limitation of Liability
PixelWorld will make reasonable efforts to process orders and provide services accurately and efficiently.
However, we may not be responsible for delays, service interruptions, courier delays, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For personalized products, customers are responsible for verifying the content and customization information submitted with their order.
